In such case, you can copy the content from an email message and then paste it into Word Document. But the problem is, you will miss some part of the content as well as formatting. Hence, this method is not a good option for converting Outlook email into a Word Document. But, there are some handy methods which can be used to convert an email into Word file without losing any content and formatting. Yes! Here I have listed out such techniques-<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method #1:\u00a0 Take a Help of Text Format<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Go to Outlook and open an email which you want to convert<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>File<\/strong> tab and select <strong>Save As<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<li>When dialog box appears, choose location to save email<\/li>\n<li>And, in \u201cSave as type\u201d field, select Text Only<\/li>\n<li>Hit Save button<\/li>\n<li>Now, open your Word application<\/li>\n<li>Click on File tab and press Open button<\/li>\n<li>When Open Dialog box appears, select \u201cAll Files\u201d in \u201cFile name\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Select the Text file which you saved previously<\/li>\n<li>Click on Open, it shows File Conversion window<\/li>\n<li>Here you need to choose Windows(Default) in Text encoding<\/li>\n<li>And, click Ok<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now, you can view your Outlook email message in Word document.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method #2: With the Help of Outlook Visual Basic Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To open Visual Basic Editor, you need to enable Developer tab, to do this follow the steps mentioned below-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Navigate to File -&gt; Options in Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Next, select Customize Ribbon from the left side of the Outlook Options window<\/li>\n<li>Then, select Popular Commands under Choose Commands From<\/li>\n<li>And, under Customize the Ribbon, choose Main tabs and then check Developer<\/li>\n<li>Finally, close Outlook Options window by clicking Ok button<\/li>\n<li>Now, you can see Developer tab in Outlook<\/li>\n<li>And, select Visual Basic under Developer tab<\/li>\n<li>It will Open Visual Basic Editor window<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now, follow the steps mentioned below to open your email message as Word file-<\/p>\n<p>In VBA editor window, click on Insert tab and select module.
