Well, here are the 2 easy ways to import Outlook from Mac OS X to Windows.<\/p>\n<h2>Easy Guide to Import Mac Outlook 2011, 2016 to Windows Outlook:<\/h2>\n<h3>Method 1: Import Mac Outlook to Windows using Gmail<\/h3>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">1. Now, in the Mac Outlook, select all your messages and right-click.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>Move<\/strong> first, then <strong>Choose Folder<\/strong> option. Select the new folder created recently and click <strong>Move<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This moves all your selected emails to the Gmail account.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">3. Configure the Exported Gmail in Windows Outlook<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open your Gmail account on the Windows computer, meanwhile, open MS Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Configure this Gmail account in your Windows Outlook. And, all your Mac data (moved to Gmail) will be exported to the Windows Outlook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Method 2: Import Mac Outlook to Windows using OLM File<\/h3>\n<h3><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">1. Export Data from Mac Outlook<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Open Mac Outlook, go to <strong>File<\/strong> and click the<strong> Export<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-490 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.remorepair.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/file-menu-export.jpg\" alt=\"file-menu-export\" width=\"400\" height=\"209\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.remorepair.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/file-menu-export.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.remorepair.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/file-menu-export-300x157.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 85vw, 400px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Next, select <strong>Outlook for Mac Data File<\/strong> <strong>(.olm)<\/strong> and choose your required attributes (Mac Outlook items) to export.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish you can preserve or delete exported data from the source Outlook (Mac Outlook).<\/li>\n<li>Specify the desired location to save your exported Mac Outlook data file and click the <strong>Save<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">2. Convert the OLM File to PST<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You have to convert Mac Outlook data file into Windows Outlook compatible format i.e. PST, once your Mac Outlook data is exported. In order to safely convert Mac Outlook data file to PST, you can make use of any third-party professional software available online.<\/p>\n<p>And, once you converted the Mac Outlook data file to Windows Outlook data file (.pst), import PST file into MS Outlook on Windows computer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suggested:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Be wise while choosing the OLM to PST converter program. Else, the converted PST file may end up in resulting error messages like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.remorepair.com\/help\/outlook-pst-cannot-be-opened.html\">Outlook PST cannot be opened<\/a>, PST is not an Outlook data file, Outlook.pst is inaccessible, PST could not be accessed, data error, CRC error, Outlook cannot find your PST file and more.<\/p>\n<p>In case, you are unable to import the converted PST due to file corruption, damage, error message, etc. then, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.remorepair.com\/windows\/repair-outlook.html\">repair Outlook<\/a> PST using a trusted repair software, then proceed to import the healthy PST into your MS Windows Outlook.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">3.
