If you make your presentation read-only, then you can\u2019t do any typing, editing and proofing task on your presentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here are the steps for making your presentation read-only (mark as final)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>PowerPoint<\/strong> and then select <strong>File<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n<li>Next, select <strong>Info<\/strong> followed by <strong>Protect Presentation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Mark as Final<\/strong> from the drop-down menu<\/li>\n<li>When a dialog box appears, click on <strong>Ok<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>It will convert your presentation to read-only mode. But, what if you want to edit the presentation after converting it to read-only mode? No worries, you can edit your presentation which is marked as final.
