Here are the steps for making your presentation read-only (mark as final)<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Open PowerPoint<\/strong> and then select File<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n
  2. Next, select Info<\/strong> followed by Protect Presentation<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Select Mark as Final<\/strong> from the drop-down menu<\/li>\n
  4. When a dialog box appears, click on Ok<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It will convert your presentation to read-only mode. But, what if you want to edit the presentation after converting it to read-only mode? No worries, you can edit your presentation which is marked as final. There are two methods which you can opt to remove write protection.<\/p>\n
